Most gift items offer free delivery within Colombo. For other locations and special/large hampers, delivery costs may vary. Same-day delivery may depend on your order time and destination.
How far in advance should I place an order for a special occasion?
For best availability (especially for hampers/tray packages/balloon bouquets) it’s advisable to place the order at least 1–2 days ahead. Last-minute orders may still be possible depending on product and delivery slot.
Can I select a specific delivery date/time?
You can choose the delivery date during checkout; however, exact delivery slot may depend on area and availability. It’s best to specify preferred date when placing the order
